If you are unable to access the internet then below are some tips that could get you operational again:


  • Check that your wireless is turned on
  • Check that you are connected to the Trust wireless
  • Check that airplane mode is not turned on
  • If none of these work, either dock your laptop or plug your laptop into a network cable and port
  • If you are using a desktop check that all the cables are fully connected.
