Make sure there are NO OPEN tabs as this solution will not work.
Click on the three horizontal dots on the side as shown.
Click on Settings
Click on Advanced
Click on Privacy and Security
Click on ‘Clear Browsing Data’
Change the option in ‘TIME RANGE’ from ‘Last Hour’ to ‘All Time’
Ensure that ‘Cookies and other site data’ and ‘Cached images and files’ is ticked
Click ‘Clear Data’
Wait for it to complete, when it is done close the browser and re-open.
