Double check that the LED light on the left side of the IWB has been pushed in and is Green.
Look for the USB cable coming from the face plate on the wall, to the laptop, computer or docking station. Remove and reconnect the cable, making sure that all other connections are also connected to your device. This cable will come from a port on the wall that looks similar to the one below:
This should allow the LED light (on the front, in the top left corner) to go from red to yellow to white showing it has connected.
If you are still experiencing problems, then it would be best to restart your machine (laptop or computer). This will restart the board software on your machine and allow the board to be picked up again.
